Eva Lauwers is a highly experienced business executive, psychologist, and coach.

Before creating her own practice, Eva has had a fast-moving career in the pharmaceutical industry. Starting as a medical representative, she quickly moved to marketing functions of increasing levels. In 2000, she joined Pfizer Belgium as BU Director, was promoted Marketing Director a few years later and became HR Director for the last 4 years of her tenure.

Eva holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology, completed by a post graduate training in Marketing and in Human Resources. She participated in several business and leadership trainings, including at Harvard University and Insead. Later in her career, she became a certified Executive Coach.

In 2010 she launched her own HR consulting and coaching activities. She focuses on aligning people talents with business needs. Her clients highly appreciate her credibility, supportive yet demanding style, and deep personal values.
